Great presentation today, Jeanette, and I loved the 11 items you shared with us. To recap some of the key points, I wanted to get some of my notes out there for other FWW visitors to read over.

1. You suggested checking out the IBM Social Media Policy and also visiting YouTube to search up on Johyn Iwata, their CEO. Here is the link to their SM Policy: http://www.ibm.com/blogs/zz/en/guidelines.html

2. You also suggested we check out http://www.zappos.com, the online shoe store (and more). Their CEO encourages communication and feedback from employees and also to hop over to YouTube and search for their name for some good videos from employees that reinforce their culture.

3. You also mentioned http://www.yammer.com, which is a private version of Twitter that businesses can use to help get up to speed with the communication process and behaving in a "web 2.0" way without having to be out on the net for the rest of the world to see. This is a good service for internal discussions and brainstorming.

4. You also mentioned the Blog Zone group on LinkedIn and the sub-group of Bloggers Bulletin. Those of you who are part of the LinkedIn community are encouraged to check that out as well, as blogging is one of the great ways that businesses are making connections with their staff and customers via open and honest communication.

Thanks again to everyone that participated in today's webinar. We look forward to seeing you next week for another information-packed session.

Until next time...
Eric
