In today's busy world it seems there can be an endless supply of "things to do", also known as projects. And with each project comes a variety of tasks, collaborators, deadlines and items that need to be managed. If you are getting to the point with your legal pad and Excel spreadsheet has reached their end of effectiveness, maybe you need to consider some sort of a project management system to help bring your project process back in alignment.
In this weeks Free Webinar Wednesdays, Eric and Jeff will discuss the concept of online project management. There are actually web-based programs out there that can help get you organized, facilitate collaboration with others (both inside and outside your organization) and keep things on track. Eric will talk about his experience with a system called Basecamp, and Jeff will introduce a service called Manymoon, which also features tight integration into Google Apps (a topic we have discussed several times here on FWW).
