While the lure of social media has certainly taken front stage for many small business owners these past couple of years, the reality is that much of what we do in the "social channels" would not even be possible without our trusted friend (and sometimes cursed enemy), e-mail.
Think about it, when you join a network, you have to enter an e-mail address to get your account started. Everyone has an e-mail address, and while some rely on it less than others, the fact remains that it's still a very viable way to keep connected with friends, colleagues, customers and to reach out to prospects and help them better understand what you do (and how you can help).
This week Eric and Jeff are excited to be joined by Anna Maria Soriano, Account Manager for the Solution Provider Program for Constant Contact. As one of the worlds most popular e-mail marketing systems, Constant Contact provides e-mail services for countless businesses throughout the world. Anna Maria has been with them for over five years and works directly with their small business program to assist business owners in creating and sending effective e-mail campaigns. Also, if you've ever called Constant Contact or listened to a recorded tutorial, chances are you've heard her voice!
Don't let e-mail marketing slip by you as an un-tapped opportunity to get better acquainted with your customers and prospects. This session will help to explore some of the ways that you can turn this "good 'ole fashioned" marketing tool into a useful tactic worthy of your consideration.
