As a Behavioral Communications Specialist, she literally wrote the book on nonverbal communication, What Your Body Says and How to Master the Message.  The book deals with our body language and what we need to do if we are not getting the results we want.  Her book has been published in 5 languages since its release last year. It is suggested reading in universities around the world.

Ms. Sayler was recently voted one of the 50 Authors You Should Be Reading in 2011.

Below is a summary of just some of the things we talked about during the show as a reference.

• How Eric is using LinkedIn Maps to better organize and reach out to connections that can help to enhance his network. He also talked about how Job Change Notifier can be used as both a "defensive" and "offensive" strategy when one of your connections makes a career change.
• We went back and talked about Kathy Roche-Wallace's presentation and her FACE concept for success. It's amazing how there are so many similarities with athletic discipline and succeeding in business.
• We also talked about some free Apps for the iPad that make it easier to "consume content" and keep educated. These included Flipboard, Zite and Editions. Give 'em a try if you've got an iPad!
