Great session today, Tony. Here is a recap of the stats on sales and follow up, which I thought were pretty powerful.

48% of sales people never follow up.
25% only make a second call
12% make a third call
10% make more than three follow up attempts

However, when it comes to making the sale...

2% of sales are made on the firs visit
3% on the second
5% on the third
10% on the fourth
80% on visit #5 - #12!!!!!!

Yes, that's correct - *80%*! That shows the value of persistence and why it's so important to have a good follow-up plan in place. Thanks again for the great session (and amazing stats), Tony.
